What counts as a candidate?

One monitored session: a candidate goes through an Invigile-protected interview or assessment. Creating interview titles is free and unlimited—you only use quota when someone is actually monitored.

How do we add Invigile to our interviews?

Use it under your own ATS or assessment UI with the browser SDK, or wrap an external form (Google Form, Typeform, and similar) with Form Wrapper. Both land in the same Evidence Room. Optional OS Agent adds desktop signals like banned AI, extra displays, and screen share.

What's the difference between Starter and Business?

Same detection stack on both: browser SDK, Form Wrapper, OS Agent, camera signals, ghost flags, and Evidence Room. Business adds higher monthly quota, more seats, role-based access, REST API, webhooks, and Pull API for ATS workflows.

What happens if we exceed our monthly quota?

New monitored sessions pause until you upgrade or buy a prepaid top-up in Billing. Packs are the same on every paid plan: +25 candidates for $50, +50 for $90, or +100 for $150. Top-up credits roll over; if you need more volume every month, upgrading the plan usually costs less than stacking packs.

Do unused candidates roll over?

Monthly plan quota does not. It resets each billing cycle. Annual billing is the same monthly quota, prepaid for the year at a 12% discount. Prepaid top-up packs are separate and do roll over across cycles.

Yes. Free trial is 14 days with 15 candidates, so you can run real sessions end to end. No card required to start. Upgrade anytime when the quota or team size no longer fits.
