Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the Invigile platform by business customers. By creating an account or using the service, you agree on behalf of your organization.

1. Service

Invigile provides an interview/exam integrity layer: browser SDK, optional form wrapper, optional desktop agent, and an HR evidence dashboard. We do not provide exam content or an LMS.

2. Customer responsibilities

Obtain valid legal basis and candidate consent where required (including KVKK/GDPR).
Configure retention and signals appropriate to your jurisdiction.
Keep API keys confidential.
Do not use the service for unlawful surveillance or discrimination.

3. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, resell raw session data, or attempt to bypass integrity controls. We may suspend accounts for abuse or non-payment.

4. Data processing

For candidate data, you are the controller and Invigile is the processor. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request at /veri-isleme-sozlesmesi.

5. Fees

Paid plans, quotas, and overage are described on the pricing page. Taxes may apply.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service assists human review; it does not guarantee detection of all cheating. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months to the extent permitted by law.
